I just placed an order with your company..and I must say I just experienced the best customer service I ever had. After finding my dress, I realized it was out of stock. I got online via online support. Matt called the designer, made sure they had my size/color in stock & made sure I would get my dress by my wear date. I had some problems placing my order due to the format online ( wouldnt recognize international address) So I called your customer service phone number. Matt got on the phone, changed your internet order format to recognize my address. I was able to place my orders no problem. Then, Matt followed up with me via online live customer support to ensure I had no more problems. Matt is awesome..he went above and beyond!

I received the dress I ordered a few days ago. It is absolutely beautiful. The picture does not do it justice. It fits my daughter perfectly. The price was also very reasonable. I will definitely use your company again and recommend it to others. I Forgot to mention that the way it was packed was perfect too. There was not one single wrinkle in the dress. I don't think I have ever received any type of clothing packed so well. It looked like it has never been in a box. Can you tell I'm really impressed with you all? Okay, I'll stop now! Thank you.
