I got online via online support. Matt called the designer, made sure they had my size/color in stock & made sure I would get my dress by my wear date. I had some problems placing my order due to the format online ( wouldnt recognize international address) So I called your customer service phone number. Matt got on the phone, changed your internet order format to recognize my address. I was able to place my orders no problem. Then, Matt followed up with me via online live customer support to ensure I had no more problems. Matt is awesome..he went above and beyond!
