This Me Prom ME2086 evening dress features tiers of silky chiffon ruffles which form a lovely mermaid silhouette and horizontal ruching up the bodice and hips. Along the side of the dress and into the trim of the sweet heart bust crystals and gems spider outward in a long line which begs to be admired.
