What is the return policy?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Most dresses are special order and non returnable.  Only in stock dresses are refundable. All instock dresses begin with the style number# IS.  If it does not have IS at the beginning of the style number then it will be a special order and non returnable. Your requests for return must be received by us, via email or phone, within 3 days of your receiving your order. Under no circumstances will returns or exchanges be given after this 3 day period. We can not process a return request for an item once the wear date has past. Items NOT presently in stock are considered a special order and a final sale.  Special Orders are non returnable or exchangable.  Once a special order has been placed you will not be able to cancel that order.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Items must be unused and unaltered, with all hang tags and labels in their original positions. All returned goods must be shipped back to us in an appropriate size box with appropriate packaging materials. Shipping charges or rush charges will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend that merchandise be returned via UPS, Fed Ex or USPS with proof of delivery. We must receive all returned merchandise within 7 days of you receiving the goods, or the merchandise will not be accepted and no refunds will be issued. We will issue a full credit to your credit card upon receipt of goods. If you have paid by money order, we will issue you a refund check. Thank you.
